- Understand the criteria to classify an impairment as a disability.

- Determine the Split Compliance Target and Maximum Allowable Points for the relevant Measurement Criteria in the
- Management Control Scorecard.
- Apply the Score Formula and EAP targets to calculate the Management Control element score.
