After completing this course, the learner will demonstrate an understanding of the key principles aligned to the B-BBEE Scorecard and the associated Weighting Points and Compliance Targets per Measurement Criteria in the Ownership Scorecard.

- Understand the criteria associated with a Black New Entrant status.
- Understand the formulae to calculate the Net Value score.
- Able to interpret the Net Value Score concerning outstanding debt and unencumbered ownership.
- Apply the Score Formula to calculate the Ownership element score.
