The purpose of this course
After completing this course, the learner will demonstrate an understanding of the key principles aligned to the B-BBEE Scorecard and the associated Weighting Points and Compliance Targets per Measurement Criteria in the Skills Development Scorecard.
In particular, on completion of this course, the learner is able to:

- Categorise each training intervention to the relevant Learning Programme Category.
- Determine the Skills Development Expenditure associated with each training intervention.
- Understand the impact of the Economic Active Population (EAP) statistics on the Skills Development Scorecard.
- Determine the Split Compliance Target and Maximum Allowable Points for the relevant Measurement Criteria in the
- Skills Development Scorecard.
- Apply the Score Formula and EAP targets to calculate the Skills Development element score.
